15 September 2025 · 2 minutes of reading
Young people in different countries have their own unique traditions and mentality but face similar challenges. Learning about the values of peers from other countries can inspire changes in their own lives and society. This is what inspired the creation of the Interexchange Academy project, organised by the Klitschko Foundation in partnership with the German foundation DFB-Stiftung Egidius Braun.
This 5-day intensive course is aimed at promoting intercultural exchange and developing the skills necessary for young people to meet the global challenges of the modern world. Particular attention will be paid to the issues of cultural diversity, mental health and responsible use of digital technologies.
Boys aged 16 and girls aged 18-20 are invited to register here: https://klitschkofoundation.org/ua/projects/interexchangeacademy/.
Prerequisite for participation: B1/B2 level of English.
Deadline for applications is 20 August 2024.
After registration, 16 participants from Ukraine and 16 from Germany will take part in an intensive offline programme in Berlin. The programme is based on Wladimir Klitschko’s F.A.C.E. – the Challenge methodology, which focuses on developing Focus, Agility, Coordination and Endurance, helping participants to strengthen their willpower and turn challenges into opportunities.
The programme will foster strong intercultural bonds by providing a deeper understanding of European values and the importance of community support, especially in light of the integration of Ukrainian refugees in Germany.
Don’t miss the opportunity to join a unique international community where you can make new friends, gain important skills and contribute to a better future!
